WEBSITE PRICING

Pricing is as follows. The basic 4-page or 4 section site is $200 that includes a year of hosting my developer account if you need it. Hosting cost is just $50 a year after that. The price is based on you the client providing most of the content. Images and text via Email, Google Drive or CD. The best way to do this is by email like this for each page or section of your website.

  1. Create an email for each page Home, About, Gallery, Contact.
  2. Type in the email body the text for each page and details.
  3. Attach image files to each page and send.
  4. Then repeat for each of the other pages.

Additional pages will be only $25 per page. Additional images above 8 per page will cost $20 per hour.

If your site does not require original photos I may be able to provide free open source photos. I also offer low-cost photography services.

If you do not know what or how to write for the content for your pages I advise you.

I offer package deals for website design, photography, logo design, SEO, Security, etc…

Again this special price is for design only. There are other costs to consider like Domain Name, Theme Cost, SEO, and Security, Shopping carts, etc. I can discuss these based on your needs.

Please note I can do basic hand-coded sites for the same price and they do not require the maintenance that a CMS site does. I can also help with building it yourself sites like WIX and Weebly and GoDaddy.

This is a limited time offer. I Just need a few sites to expand my portfolio before the price goes up.

I am not responsible for your site. I am just designing it and putting it on the web. There are bad people out there that do target sites and no one can control them and there are server errors etc. I do offer back up services and I can install or suggest security features.

Wordpress Vs. Hand Coded Site.

There are several differences between WordPress (CMS) and hand-coded site (non-CMS) but these are probably the ones to be most concerned about at this moment. Hand-coded(CMS) sites rarely if ever requires maintenance. They are stable and simple and light weight. A word press site is database driven and Wordpress and other developers involved such as the theme developers run updates and sometimes there are compatibility issues that can break a website. Wordpress has so many features and options to have that professional modern look and feel. I can advise you on what’s best for you if unsure.
